Please read these terms and conditions, as purchasing from the website means you are agreeable to them.

The terms and conditions of this website do not in any way affect your statutory rights.

You can safely pay for your order by Paypal, and most popular credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro via the Paypal online payment system. We can assure you that we do not hold details of your card numbers for maximum security and privacy.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate and that the items for sale are described accurately.

All Illustrations, descriptions, and sizes of products are provided as a guide only, as there maybe slight variations due to the handmade and natural nature of some of the products, eg. colour shades.

On purchasing/ordering products from the website online you will receive a confirmation email, we will then send an email to say that we are processing the order. Finally, an email will be sent confirming the dispatch of your order.

Normally orders will be delivered within a couple of days of despatch, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail's postal service and ask that you allow upto 14 days for delivery.

If when you receive your order, some of the items are missing or damaged then please contact us immediately, quoting your order reference number. We will endeavor to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as we can by either replacing the items concerned or offering a refund.

Sweetpeapollys Crafty Things cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or non receipt. However, every effort will be made to replace the item/s lost in transit. If we are unable to do so we will refund the cost of the item/s purchased.

Under the terms of distance selling regulations you also have a 7day cooling off period from the day you receive the order. During this time you are at liberty to change your mind and cancel the entire order from us. You must contact us within this 7day period, in writing or by email to let us know that you wish to cancel the order. Upon receipt of the returned goods which need to be in resaleable condition, we will issue you a full refund.

We commit to protecting your privacy and promise to use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The details we collect from you, ie. Name, Address, Email address and telephone number are needed so that we can contact you regarding your order.

We make no guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programs.
