Step 1. Select either the Paypal or Google Checkout option and follow the instructions.
Step 2. Click on return to store. Your order has now been placed and your order confirmation email sent.
By Cheque/Postal Order
Step 1. Click on the white checkout box. Enter the billing and delivery details requested including an email address and telephone number just in case we need to contact you should there be a problem. Click on continue
Step 2. Select your preferred payment method use this option even if you are sending a postal order
Step 3. Order complete. You will see details of the address to post your payment to and who it should be made payable to, together with a message advising that an email will be sent to confirm your order.
Step 4. Click on return to store. Your order has now been placed and your order confirmation email sent.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours - Monday to Friday
Late Delivery/Loss
Sweetpeapollys Crafty Things cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or non receipt. However, every effort will be made to replace items lost in transit but this cannot be guaranteed due to a products individuality and is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you can return them to us within 30days of purchase.
Simply email us at sweetpeapollyscraftythings@ntlworld.com for a Returns Number and then send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition.
If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours.
If your order qualified for free postage and packaging, and you decide to return some items that would bring your order below the free postage line, we will refund your goods minus our standard postage charge of £ 1.00 (uk) £1.75 (europe) or £2.50 (usa & canada).
